MY VIEW OF WHALES IN MAUI

WHEN I WENT TO MAUI WITH MY MOM AND FAMILY ABOUT 4 YEARS AGO WE STAYED IN A BED AND BREAKFAST OVERLOOKING THE ISLAND. WE COULD SEE THE KILLER WHALES JUMPING OUT OF THE SEA FROM A BIG DISTANCE AWAY. THEY WERE JUST AS BIG AS THE CRUISE SHIPS. WE VISITED IN FEBRUARY WHEN THE WHALES HAVE COME UP FROM THE MEXICAN BAY AND HAVE SO MANY FAMILIES THAT THEY ARE SEEN JUMPING AROUNDFROM ANY BEACH IN MAUI. WE ALSO TRAVELEDTO HANA ON A ONE LANE GRAVEL ROAD WHERE WE WENT TO SEE SOME NICE WATERFALLS AND BEACHES AS WELL AS A NATIONAL PARK. IN THE NATIONAL PARK WE WERE ABLE TO HIKE AND JUMP IN A COUPLE OF PONDS THAT WE FREEZING.. SOME OF THE KIDS TOOK A JUMP OFF THE ROCKS.

WE DID NOT SEE THE WHALES IN HANA. THEY DO HAVESOME WONDERFUL BEECHES THOUGH. IT IS A VERY ISOLATED VILLAGE. WE STAYED THERE SEVERAL DAYS AND IT WAS QUITE HUMID.

MY HUSBAND AND SON WENT ON A BOAT RIDE TO SEE SOME GIANT TURTLES AND WHALES TO A SMALL ISLAND.
