MY FAVORITE BOOK

MY FAVORITE BOOK IS WRITTEN BY BARBARA SHER AND IS CALLED WISHCRAFT. SHE USES HER COACHING AND MFT SKILLS TO WRITE A BOOK ABOUT HOW TO USE YOUR FAVORITE CHILDHOOD PASTTIMES AND HOBBIES TO MAKE YOU A HAPPY ADULT. IT IS AN INTERESTING BOOK THAT I HAVE DISCUSSED TO MY AUDIENCES WHO WERE RECEPTIVE TO MY COACHING PRESENTATIONS. IT WAS VERY INTERESTING TO FIND OUT THAT WE MUST USE OUR GOD GIVEN TALENTS IN LIFE TO BE HAPPY AND NOT BE JUDGMENTAL ABOUT WHAT OTHERS SAY WE SHOULD OR SHOULDN'T DO. SHE HAS A WAY OF SPEAKING POSITIVELY ABOUT HOW WE MUST PURSUE OUR GOALS.

SHE ENCOURAGES US TO KEEP A WISH LIST OF WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO DO VS WHAT WE HAVE TO DO...SUCH AS BE A GOOD EMPLOYEE. THE WAY WE STAY MOTIVATED IS TO SET SOME GOALS FOR EACH DAY AND POSSIBLY HAVE A BUDDY TO KEEP YOU ACCOUNTABLE FOR WHAT YOU'RE DOING OR WANT TO DO..

MAKE A LIST OF THE THINGS THAT YOU HAVE ENJOYED DOING - KEEO IT HANDY AND DO ONE OF THOSE THINGS THAT PLEASES YOU EACH DAY.

ONE WAY TO BE FULFILLED IS TO KEEP IN TOUCH WITH FOLKS YOU ENJOY SPEAKING TO EACH WEEK.

BARBARA'S DOCUMENTARY GAVE ME THE INSIRATION TO BE A COACH!
