GENERAL DAILY SEQUENCES

ACCORDING TO ALICE BURMEISTER IN THE TOUCH OF HEALING THERE ARE TWELVE ORGAN FLOWS. THESE ORGAN FLOWS HELP THE BODY REGULATE WHATEVER PROBLEMS IS HAPPENING IN THEIR BODIES. ONE OF THE ANTERIOR ENERGY SEQUENCES IS REGARDED AS A SOURCE OF THE BODY'S SOLAR ENERGY. AS SUCH THIS SEQUENCE WILL DELIVER AN EXCELLENT ENERGY BOOST. IT ALSO SERVES TO STRENGTHEN THE BODY'S DIGESTIVE SYSTEM.

THIS SEQUENCE IS AS FOLLOWS:

FOR YOUR RIGHT SIDE OF THE BODY..

1. PLACE YOUR LEFT HAND ON THE BASE OF THE SPINE.
2. PLACE YOUR RIGHT HAND BETWEEN THE INSIDE ANKLE BONE AND THE INSIDE HEEL.
3. MOVE YOUR RIGHT HAND TO THE BASE OF THE LEFT FRONT RIB CAGE IN THE CENTER.
4. MOVE YOUR LEFT HAND TO THE CENTER OF THE RIGHT THIRD RIB DOWN FROM THE COLLAR BONE JUST ABOVE THE RIGHT BREAST.
5. MOVE YOUR LEFT HAND TO THE CENTER OF THE LEFT COLLAR BONE.

DO THE REVERSE FOR THE LEFT SIDE OF THE BODY.
