HOW TO OVERCOME FEAR, BEING UNFOCUSED, OR STRESS

As Donna Eden discusses in her book if you are unfocused and need to deal with the fear of failure these techniques will help:

1. put on some music that you can sway to and move your hips in a figure 8 pattern.

2. on a black board draw sideways figure 8's, the larger the drawings the better you will focus.

3.hold the Wayne Cook posture as described before.

4.tap or rub the K-27 points. The k - 27 points are the 2 indents below the clavicles, and in the center of your breastbone, as well as below your breasts. It optimizes the brain to take in new information.
